Objective: Develop decentralized applications that enable lending, borrowing, or asset transfers across multiple blockchains. These tools should focus on improving the efficiency of cross-chain financial transactions, making it easier for users to manage assets on different chains.

Examples:

• A platform where users can deposit collateral on one blockchain and borrow assets on another.
• Tools that facilitate cross-chain liquidity management.
