Bounty - Simple File Server

We are nearing the end of our campaign. We are already able to serve proper web pages coming from our HTTP server, now we are taking you for a very hard challenge — A Simple File Server!

⚠️ This bounty can be quite difficult for newcomers in Rust! That’s why the bounty reward has shot up to USD$25 with a reward quantity of 20. If you are not up to it, you can skip this bounty. However, we encourage you to finish this bounty because of the reward!

☝️ How to get rewarded in this bounty: Unlike other bounties where we look for the best implementation of the code, this bounty is a speedrunner bounty where the first user to implement a functional program that meets all the requirements and objectives gets the reward!
